1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to https://aistudio.homes and the AI Studio video creation tools, templates and subscriptions offered there. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, plan limits and included generative credits are shown on the pricing page before checkout.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use AI Studio to create content that infringes the rights of others, impersonates a real person without consent, misrepresents AI-generated media as authentic footage of real events, or violates any law. You are responsible for the media you upload and for the outputs you publish.

5. Content and licence

You keep ownership of the media you upload. We process it only to provide the service. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, render, dub and deliver your projects and to operate the platform.

6. Service availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features that are described as demonstrations, simulations or previews do not produce a final render. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and cancel your subscription from your billing settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that create risk for other users or for the platform.
