Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your billing settings and stay active until the end of the paid period. We refund the most recent payment when the plan was purchased by mistake and no priority render credits have been consumed.
2. Credits and add-ons
Consumed generative credits and add-on packs are not refundable. Unused add-on credits follow the same rules as the plan they extend.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@aistudio.homes with the account email, order reference and the reason for the request. We answer within five business days.
4. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights you are entitled to under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
